You want to get fit or you want to write this book, but you give up. You say you don't have the motivation for now, but you will eventually one day because this is really what you want. I know this feeling that you can do, but you actually can't somewhat. Here is a point of view that might help.
This is it: you finally got that job interview, or you finally got the opportunity to go out with this girl, or whatever "big thing" is happening tomorrow. But you feel stressed, anxious... You visualize it, this is gonna be a disaster. Read this before your D-Day.
Our personal life is very hard to predict, but our lifecycle is. No matter who you are, or where you're from, there is a 100% chance your life will go across these 3 phases: go to school, work, retire. Our first 20 years are mostly free of charge, lovely fed by the family house. The question is: are you prepared for the next 70 years?
